- Visa on arrival in Vietnam (to be paid directly at the airport): 45 USD/person
- Personal expenses
- Respect the routes and time indicated in the program.
- Write at least one article in a travel magazine (online/paper) after the trip, in which the name of Asiatica Travel is mentioned.
Another way of collaboration: journalists could give us initiatives and propose long-term cooperation with Asiatica Travel. For example: offers a film or a story after the trip with us, etc.
Responsibility of the Asiatica Travel
- Organize the trip and occupy all the services listed in the program.
- Respect the agreed program.
- Take care of asking for visa authorization upon arrival in Vietnam for all journalists.
Asiatica Travel is available to collaborate with you, journalists also in the future for our bilateral interests.
Notice:
- The program could be changed/canceled due to the greater force like rain, storm, street renovations ... We would try the best solution to modify the program for you the best.
- If someone would like to extend the trip to visit other parts of Vietnam or add other excursions, thank you to send the message to info.en@asiatica.com . All expenses outside the itinerary offered by Asiatica Travel is at your expense.

Cash
It's a risk to bring a lot of money during your trip. We also recommend bringing credit cards. You must have at least one credit card in order to avoid difficulty in case of loss or refused for any reason in the shops.
Change
The most popular foreign currency in Vietnam is the USD dollar. The Euro is also widely used. It will be easy for you to exchange money across the country. It is advisable to exchange the dollar or euro into local currency (Dong).
We advise you to exchange the currency as you need it and not all at once, always keep small bills on you. In fact, it is not always easy to pay with too big amount. You can exchange at the bank, jewelers or at the hotel. Always check the receipt after you exchange the money.
Tip
It is customary to leave a tip to the guides and drivers. It's a reward for the person you need, but it's not compulsory. It depends on the service rendered good service = a good tip. For driving, 10-15 USD/person/day and for drivers 5-10 USD/person/day. In temples and pagodas, it is not a custom to give tips, but a contribution to worship, for the maintenance of places, etc.

The condition to participate?
Participation in the Media Fam Trip is voluntary and a cooperation agreement will be signed with Asiatica Travel to travel efficiently and professionally. The trip will be financed 100% free from Asiatica includes the cruise, guide, transportation, meals, accommodation, except air tickets to and from Israel and other personal expenses out of the Famtrip program.
Travelers must do:
- Fill in the form with your personal profile
- Provide us with a list of newspapers, magazines, online magazines, blogs and websites ... you are admin or in collaboration.

- Accept and commit to respecting the terms of collaboration with Asiatica specified in the cooperation agreement.
What topic can be written after Fam Trip?

You can propose your initiatives to other topics that you want to learn, we will try to prepare and help you get the best information after the trip.

Do I have to share photos, articles with Asian Travel?
The photos, video clips and content of the articles is your copyright. However, if possible, please allow us to publish them on our web site of Asia (www.asiatica.com) and our other advertising channels. And when we publish it, we reserve the copyright of your rights and all references.
Other way of media cooperation between you and Asiatica?
Asiatica wants to receive your positive and efficient support. With our experiences, professionalism and cooperation agreement between you and Asiatica, we trust that the trip will be fine and bring bilateral benefits to both parties.
Suggestions for other ways of media cooperation:

Can I invite other journalists to participate?
We are pleased to welcome other journalists to participate in this Press trip, the importance is that he/sne respects the travel conditions.
Can we add other trips to the trip?
You could add the other excursions before or after the trip, we are happy to organize a good trip for you at a very favorable price.
The costs of the excursions are at your expense.
Can we invite our friends, family to participate in the Press trip?
- You can accompany your friends and family but because the number of participants is limited to 06 people, so if the number of registered journalists is more than 06, we have to choose between them.
- You have to pay travel expenses for your friends and family in case you have been chosen.
- Press's tour is a very special journey so you have to note all the characteristics of the trip to your friends, and to your family before deciding to ensure that the trip is adapted to their desire and interest.
You must also commit that the participation of your friends and family, to the Press trip does not influence your work as well as the itineraries of the journey.
