 Dear Mrs. Tu,

Here we are, back home, after such an amazing and enriching trip. And all this was thanks to you, and your staff: drivers and guides. In particular, we thank you for the nice surprises that some hotels kept for us, given our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff at the boat in Ha Long Bay was outstanding. They surprised us with a nice cake to celebrate our anniversary. It was classy and touchy.

Of course, we will recommend Asiatica as an excellent trip organizer. In my case, as a University Business professor, I will mention it in my conferences as an outstanding business practice.

Since you expect from us an objective and fair evaluation of the whole experience, I will have to mention the performance evaluation of each guide at the end of their tour. All the three guides asked us to fill in the evaluation forms in the car; even though the car was still moving. Which we found a bit odd. Obviously, we filled in the form at the airport, sealed the envelop and handed it in to the guide.

Once again, thank you very much for a great experience. I commend you for your organization skills; everything unfolded perfectly.

Kind regards,

Juan and Christel
