Dear Phoebe,

You did a superb job for us in arranging and executing our recent 12-day trip to Chiang Mai and Vietnam. All the arrangements, including hotels, guides, vehicles, drivers, admission fees, lunches and internal flights were made perfectly. Communication was via email, and you were always clear, concise, flexible and thorough. We were impressed by the ways you accommodated our requested changes (or explained why you felt your options were preferable – and you were right on all of them).

The hotels you selected were first-class, and excellent value for the money. They tended to be smaller boutique hotels with more of a local flavor than the big Western chains, and this only improved the experience. The vehicles were all new and comfortable. We were met upon arrival at each city and taken care of from start to finish, when we returned to the airport for our next flight. The guides did a good job of sticking to the busy itinerary and staying on schedule without feeling like we were being rushed from place to place.

Phoebe, you stayed on top of things throughout our trip. We were so happy when you called us several times during the trip to ensure that we were satisfied with every aspect.

Best yet – the total price was quite reasonable; significantly less than we had anticipated. All in all, we recommend Asiatica without reservation. And thank you again, Phoebe!
Daniel and Barbara
