Sorry for getting back to you this late. We had so much work to solve after our holiday. We enjoyed every moment of it, especially the cooking class in Hue and the stay at Mekong Lodge. Thanh was incredible guy (guide), he got us to see the real Vietnam.
I become a fan of VIetnamese food now, the noodle made a nice meal we do not have in Germany. The pancake we had in Hue was also yummy and i will be glad if you could send me the recipe.
Among all hotels, we loved Mekong Lodge the most. I loved falling asleep to the sound of frog and insect (just like waking up to the sound of roosters) My sister said she had never been so relaxed in all her life. Perfect place to end our trip and thank you for including the lodge.
Overall, great trip that surpassed all our expectations. We may visit Vietnam again if we have time and surely will return to you.
