Instead of traveling about 2 hours by road, visitors can choose to fly 14-seat aircraft for the Da Nang - Hue route and vice versa.

General Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan claims that Vietnam could welcome the largest number of international visitors ever, up to 12.9 million visits in 2017.

The Vietnamese government recently launched an electronic visa system for foreign tourists visiting the country. According to directive issued in late January 2017, citizens of 40 countries will be eligible for electronic visas as of 1 February.
