I just wanted to let you know we had a great time visiting Vietnam. It went very well without any incidents. The itinerary was excellently put together and well respected. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy and also plenty of free time for us to explore on our own, perfectly the balanced trip we had looked for.
Nguyen Duc Hien (Kevin) is a great guide with a lot of patience, excellent English and a wealth of knowledge about Vietnamese culture. The selected restaurants were good and I fell in love with Vietnamese food after the trip with you. All the road transfers and boat trips were timely and we highly appreciated the careful driver with great sense of humor.
Regarding the hotels, they were spot on what we need and I particularly loved the Emeralda in Ninh Binh. The Van Long Nature Reserve is breathtaking and glad we saw it in early morning. I have to thank you again for brilliant service and wonderful trip you have made possible for us.
