Hello Linh,

Nice to hear from you. Yes, everything is fine with me. I had a truly wonderful holiday, and feel very refreshed by it.

I have nothing but praise by the way that my holiday was organised. I know that there were a few last-minute changes, but you and your representatives made them in a very efficient way, and you kept me informed at all stages. The changes, I felt, were for the better and did nothing to spoil what was a wonderful experience. I was very impressed by the way in which you were able to implement the changes, and by the way in which your representatives took great care to make sure that I was happy with them.

All of your representatives, be they guides or drivers, were excellent - they were prompt, courteous and friendly and they went out of their way to make sure that I enjoyed myself and make the most of my experience. I really cannot think of any area that you can improve upon, and I always felt confident that my needs were uppermost in your minds.

My really favourite part of the holiday was Hoi An, so I am taking the whole family there in July 2016. I will be contacting you again in the early part of next year with a proposed schedule because I am confident that your company will deliver us a first class itinerary.

Finally, thank you so much for turning my holiday into a wonderful, worry-free experience, and I very much look forward to talking with you again for next year’s holiday.

With much thanks and kind regards,

The Cu Chi Tunnels could house up to 10,000 people who lived underground for years, getting married and raising children. During the Vietnam - American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated as a fire free zone yet was heavily bombarded. Since 1988, two sections of the tunnels are open for visitors to crawl through and better understand the war. Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh.
