The itinerary is tailored for us and is well organized. Most hotels and guides are good with relatively good English and highly service oriented. Our two travel agents is Minh Phuong and customer service Chau Nguyen. We had some small bumps on the road but Ms Chau took good care of us during this amazing trip. She was always available and her help was prompt. All in all amazing costumer service from Ms Chau., Both are very dedicated, professional and always ready.
